American Lending Center, LLC (ALC) is pleased to announce the opening of their latest hotel investment project, The Lodge at Columbia Point in Richland, WA. On Friday, September 15th, 2017, at 4:00pm, The Lodge will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony alongside members of the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce. The ceremony will open with words from Elisabeth Holt, Member Development Director of the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce, followed by a Special Presentation of Proclamation from representatives of the City of Richland, and close with a ribbon cutting and picture opportunity with board members, public officials, and ambassadors.

The Lodge (530 Columbia Point Drive, Richland, WA 99352) is a luxury wine-themed hotel with 82 rooms and suites overlooking the Columbia River. Each of the 82 rooms is named after a winery to continue with the boutique hotel’s unique theme. The Lodge holds a complimentary wine social hour each evening and boasts a magnificent wine tasting room for those interested in celebrating the local wines and winemakers of the region. After savoring the local vino, guests may stroll along the Riverfront Trail that connects the hotel with three of the area’s best restaurants, take a tour of the Hop Museum, or check out the Manhattan Project National Historical Park. Guests with dreams of one day becoming well-versed sommeliers will enjoy touring the Columbia Point neighborhood for its nearly 200 wineries within tasting distance.

Additional amenities include a pool and spa, lending library, reading room with a fireplace, massage studio, fitness center, and outdoor fire pit on a riverview deck. All rooms suites are outfitted with private patios, expansive views of mother nature, spa-inspired bathrooms, wine racks, wet bars, Wi-Fi, and flat screen TVs.

Farm for America Regional Center approved and funded the loan for The Lodge at Columbia Point in August 2015. After two years of construction and a $2 million EB-5 investment fund from ALC, hotel managers Tom Drumheller and Bob Naito are thrilled to finally welcome guests into their beautiful waterfront hotel. Drumheller is the CEO of Escape Lodging of Cannon Beach and manages several highly-esteemed hotels and restaurants in the Pacific Northwest. Naito has over 35 years of experience in real estate development and manages Naito Development, which specializes in the overhaul of historic buildings. Together, they have nearly 70 years of hospitality management experience between them. As one reviewer at The Oregonian noted, there is no doubt there will be a whole new level of hospitality to the Tri-City area.

Bruce Thompson, ALC President and former Region IX Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), remarked, “We are proud and honored to be part of this beautiful project. This will add to the economy through visitors coming not only to visit this hotel but also the entire Tri-City community.”

We are excited to announce that E’ ritage resort is going to open in Fall 2017! Beautifully nestled on 300 acres in the rolling fields of wheat and vineyards of Washington wine country, Eritage is only minutes from downtown Walla Walla and its regional airport. Each suite opens to a patio or deck with expansive views of the Blue Mountains, rolling farmland and a pristine man-made lake. This intimate property is tucked within the vineyards and is designed to provide guests with an unparalleled Washington wine country experience with exceptional lodging and cuisine, as well as exclusive access to unique events and services.

Opening in Fall 2017, Eritage will include 10 luxury suites and a restaurant menu created by James Beard award-winning chef Jason Wilson featuring locally grown ingredients and Washington wines. Development management is provided by Scott Knox of Vista Ventures and Fire & Vine Hospitality is responsible for resort services, dining and operations.
E’ritage is a private, 368-acre enclave within the Walla Walla Valley appellation of Washington State, destined to be one of the world’s top wine-growing destinations through foreign investors. E’ritage is a $24 million dollar project that includes but is not limited to, a 180 acres of developed vineyard, commercial cottages, tasting room, winery, restaurant, and event/tourism center. Five varieties of wine grapes have been planted in the 180-acre vineyard: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and Malbec.

On May 20, 2015, USCIS approved Form I-924, Application for Regional Center under the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program, filed by Farm for America regional center for E’ritage. The approval confirms that investors on the program will not have any further problems with the project’s documentation used in their I-526 application. So long as USCIS do not raise concerns of investors’ source of funds, their I-526 applications are almost 100% sure to be approved. As a matter of fact, Farm for America has never had any investors rejected because of his/her source of fund.

E’ritage has brought a wealth of jobs to the more rural parts of the county and provide geographic and economic growth to the targeted employment area. Because of the multi-faceted services that E’ritage offers, E’ritage will uniquely provide a more private, secluded experience outside of the downtown “city” lifestyle. To carry out this transformation, E’ritage founders Jason Huntley and Justin Wylie have built a seasoned team of professionals that have collaborated to design and implement something truly unique.

We at Farm for America are proud to list E’ritage as one of our success stories.
