resortE’ritage is a private, 368-acre enclave within the Walla Walla Valley appellation of Washington State, destined to be one of the world’s top wine-growing destinations through foreign investors. E’ritage is a $24 million dollar project that includes but is not limited to, a 180 acres of developed vineyard, commercial cottages, tasting room, winery, restaurant, and event/tourism center. Five varieties of wine grapes have been planted in the 180-acre vineyard: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and Malbec.

On May 20, 2015, USCIS approved Form I-924, Application for Regional Center under the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program, filed by Farm for America regional center for E’ritage. The approval confirms that investors on the program will not have any further problems with the project’s documentation used in their I-526 application. So long as USCIS do not raise concerns of investors’ source of funds, their I-526 applications are almost 100% sure to be approved. As a matter of fact, Farm for America has never had any investors rejected because of his/her source of fund.

E’ritage has brought a wealth of jobs to the more rural parts of the county and provide geographic and economic growth to the targeted employment area. Because of the multi-faceted services that E’ritage offers, E’ritage will uniquely provide a more private, secluded experience outside of the downtown “city” lifestyle. To carry out this transformation, E’ritage founders Jason Huntley and Justin Wylie have built a seasoned team of professionals that have collaborated to design and implement something truly unique.

We at Farm for America are proud to list E’ritage as one of our success stories.
