RCHGPNGLARGERegional Centers Holding Group, Inc. (“RCH”) was established in December of 2012. The purpose of RCH was to serve as owner and holding company of American Lending Center (formerly known as “US Employment Development Lending Center” or “USEDLC”). American Lending Center and its associated designations are allowed to operate in the following geographic areas.

• American Lending Center LLC (EB-5 regional center designation approved)
• American Lending Center Florida LLC (EB-5 regional center designation approved)
• American Lending Center Georgia LLC (EB-5 regional center designation approved)
• American Lending Center Illinois LLC (EB-5 regional center designation approved)
• American Lending Center New York LLC (EB-5 regional center designation approved)
• American Lending Center Ohio LLC (EB-5 regional center designation approved)
• American Lending Center North Carolina LLC (EB-5 regional center designation approved)
• American Lending Center Virginia LLC (EB-5 regional center designation approved)
• American Lending Center Colorado LLC (EB-5 regional center designation approved)

RCH also owns the following regional centers:

• Aloha Regional Center LLC (EB-5 regional center designation approved)
• Farm for America LLC (EB-5 regional center designation approved)

RCH is the 100% owner and parent company of these regional center entities. For years, RCH has successfully operated its EB-5 business with an experienced in-house team of finance counsel, project manager, senior economist, and immigration counsel. To date, RCH has completed an impressive list of 40 EB-5 projects all over the country and fully recruited EB-5 investors for these projects.

On May of 2016, RCH has expanded to a brand new 13,000 square foot office in the Long Beach World Trade Center, and a bigger team of professional staff. It is ready to embrace a broader business scope, higher synergy, more efficient services as well as stronger capital support to the existing business that RCH has had in place.
